Mauro Scigliano Joins UGL Unicco

Responsible for business development in Northern California and the Northwest…

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - May 11, 2010

UGL Unicco, a subsidiary of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), today announced that Mauro R.D. Scigliano has joined the company as Senior Director of Business Development, with responsibilities covering Northern California, the Northwest and metropolitan Vancouver. He reports to UGL Unicco Vice President of Business Development, Richard Armandi.

Mr. Scigliano’s appointment follows UGL Unicco’s western expansion strategy of adding industry veterans with successful operations and sales experience to its business development team. Commented Mr. Armandi, “Our objective is to engage our customers from the start with informed professionals who can propose, develop and deliver comprehensive facilities services solutions. Mauro fits this profile and will become an integral part of our executive business development team.”

Mr. Scigliano brings more than 30 years of experience in facilities services, including 24 years at ABM Industries Inc. where he held several operations management positions of increasing responsibility culminating in the position of President of ABM Facility Services Company.

More recent affiliations include GCA Services Group Inc., a facilities service provider where he was Group President and Chief Integration Officer, and DCS Global Enterprise US LP, a building services consulting firm specializing in operational efficiency and sustainability where he was President and CEO.

Mr. Scigliano is an active member of the building services industry with membership in the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), BOMI International and the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He is also Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma 5S certified and holds other manufacturing and management certifications. He is based at UGL Unicco’s San Francisco office.
