UGL Unicco Provides Comprehensive Facilities Management Services for Quincy University

Quincy University has selected UGL Unicco to provide facilities management services for its campus buildings and grounds.

QUINCY, IL - January 20, 2010

Quincy University has selected UGL Unicco to provide facilities management services for its campus buildings and grounds. UGL Unicco’s facilities services will also include managing capital improvements and renovations.

Under the five-year contract UGL Unicco will provide full facilities management services, including the daily management of custodial, grounds and maintenance operations, as well as the upkeep of athletic fields. It will help the University control its energy usage by proactively managing energy consumption and costs.
