Management Team

GEORGE A. KECHES

CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Mr. Keches was named President in July 2001. Previously Executive Vice President - Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, he joined the company in 1991. Mr. Keches is a Certified Public Accountant and held previous management positions at The Westwood Group, Inc. and Arthur Andersen & Co.


David A. Giamichael

Vice President and General Manager Operations

Mr. Giamichael has worked in the contract service industry since 1988 and held a variety of management positions at UGL Unicco's Boston and Eastern offices. He most recently served as VP Operations- East region, where he increased customer retention and satisfaction, expanded service lines and significantly grew the region's book of business.

David was promoted to his current position of VP and General Manager-Operations in December 2007. In this capacity, David oversees all North American operations.


MICHAEL F. DUNN

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Michael Dunn has more than 35 years of contract service industry experience, including senior positions in sales, operations, administration and finance. He has played a key role in the development and relationship management of UGL Unicco’s customer portfolio throughout North America across a diversified network of industries. He joined the company in 1996 as part of the Ogden Corporation acquisition and while an employee at Ogden served as Vice President of the Northeast Region and President of Ogden Allied Security Services, Inc. During his tenure at UGL Unicco he has held several operating and business development positions. Mr. Dunn is a long-time supporter of several local organizations and charities and has been recognized repeatedly for his commitment and contributions to the community.


Vanessa A. Eustace

VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL COUNSEL

Ms. Eustace, Vice President and General Counsel, joined UGL Unicco as an Associate Counsel in 1999. She is responsible for oversight of all legal matters including litigation, contract negotiation and employee matters. Ms. Eustace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Music from Mount Holyoke College, in Massachusetts. She received a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Suffolk University in Boston in 1999 and was accepted to the bar in the same year.


JAMES E. LAWLOR

CPA, CMA, VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Lawlor joined the company in 2003 and is responsible for both strategic and tactical management of budgeting, finance, treasury, and risk management functions. He joins UGL Unicco following a 25 year career with CVEO Corporation (formerly Converse) where he was Senior Vice President and CFO and responsible for all internal and public reporting functions, including the development and management of the company's operational and capital five-year planning and projections.


THOMAS GUNN

VICE PRESIDENT - FACILITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

Mr. Gunn joined the company in April 2008 from Emcor Facilities Services where he was an Account Executive overseeing facilities services for 4.6 million square feet of commercial properties. Previously, he held management positions at Trammell Crow Company, CB Richard Ellis and other facilities services and property management companies. He began his career in real estate operations at New England Telephone/NYNEX (now Verizon).


RANDY R. LEDBETTER

VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Ledbetter has over 25 years of facilities management (FM) experience having personally managed FM operations ranging in size from a half-million to over 17 million square feet. He is responsible for sales and business development across all of UGL Unicco’s markets and service sectors. An active member of NACUBO, AFE, IFMA, the Florida Sterling (Malcom Baldridge) Council and APPA, he was the 2004 recipient of APPA’s prestigious Eagle Award for his contributions to that organization and is president - elect for the Florida Sterling Council.


GEORGE R. LOHNES

VICE PRESIDENT - MARKETING

Mr. Lohnes joined the company in 2000 having previously held various marketing and strategy management positions. Most recently he was Director, Marketing & Business Development (North America) for Johnson Controls, a global market leader in automotive systems and facility management and control. Prior to that, he served as Director, Strategic Planning for Groupe Bull, an international computer manufacturer and service company. Lohnes is also a member of the national board of the LEED-EB Steering Committee.


ARTHUR MUSHKIN

VICE PRESIDENT- HUMAN RESOURCES

Arthur Mushkin joined the company in February 2005 and has responsibility for the human resource policies, programs and practices of the company. He joins UGL Unicco after a 28 year career at Capstone Management Corporation, which he founded in 1977. He built the consulting business, providing services to leading business organizations as well as to the public sector. The firm's practice included organization evaluation and planning, and the selection of senior people. Prior to founding Capstone, Mushkin served as Chief Financial Officer of R. Dixon Speas Associates, Director of Management Services for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and the Massachusetts Division Manager for Geri-Care Nursing Centers of America, Inc.


JEFFREY PETERSON

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Mr. Peterson joined the company in September 1998. Prior to that, he held several managerial positions with Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as Managing Director for Internal Systems in the Arthur Andersen Technology Solutions (AATS) group. Mr. Peterson was with Arthur Andersen for 17 years prior to joining UGL Unicco.


JONICA PREITE

VICE PRESIDENT - SHARED SERVICES

Ms. Preite joined the company in 2001 from 3Com Corporation where she was Director of Finance, Supply Chain, responsible for financial planning, reporting, and business decision analysis. During her tenure at 3Com she held other finance positions including Startek Division Controller and Controller, US Shared Accounting Services. Ms. Preite has also held supervisory and managerial financial positions with Altos Computer Systems, Quadrex Corporation and Uarco Corporation.
